prime location rooftop view diverse breakfast quiet room
The location is perfect for walking to major attractions. The rooftop offered a clear view of the monument, particularly fine at sunset. Breakfast was a real treat, with diverse options and fresh ingredients. I found the room clean, quiet and well kept.
I noticed that the elevators are quite small which can be a slight inconvenience when many guests are using them simultaneously.

The staff were helpful and polite, assisting with directions and recommendations for nearby dining options. Fernando was particularly attentive, remembering my coffee preference each morning.

The room featured an comfortable bed, which ensured restful nights after long days of sightseeing, I also enjoyed having a well-stocked mini-bar with a good selection of beverages and snacks. I liked the modern bathroom fixtures.

helpful staff quiet room temperature control inconvenient control
giulia at reception was always so helpful and kind. our room was beautiful with panoramic views. it was super quiet considering how central we were.
i couldn't increase the temperature in the room because of the control. i was told it must be done down below, inconvenient.

brick wall view coffee machine
the staff was friendly. that was acceptable, i guess.
My room supposedly was a 'collection room balcony', but the balcony overlooked a brick wall. i phoned reception twice for extra towels because the single towel provided wouldn't dry a cat, never mind a person. the breakfast buffet coffee machine must be designed by satan himself. It broke down constantly.

smooth check-in staff recommendations complimentary drinks modern design
The hotel provided a very smooth check-in. the staff helped me with directions and recommendations. i really liked the complimentary drinks in the room. They were so refreshing after a long day! also, the room's modern design was VERY COOL. It felt luxurious and functional.
the elevator wait times were occasionally a bit longer than i expected.

The hotel offers a fitness center with treadmills and weights. This allowed me to keep up with my workout routine. there is also a rooftop terrace that offers city views with comfortable seating areas, great.

The hotel is situated within a ten-minute walk of several major attractions. This includes the colosseum and the roman forum. there are many restaurants and shops within a five-minute walk, perfect for exploring the local area and enjoying the local cuisine.
