The location is perfect for walking to major attractions. The rooftop offered a clear view of the monument, particularly fine at sunset. Breakfast was a real treat, with diverse options and fresh ingredients. I found the room clean, quiet and well kept.

giulia at reception was always so helpful and kind. our room was beautiful with panoramic views. it was super quiet considering how central we were.
i couldn't increase the temperature in the room because of the control. i was told it must be done down below, inconvenient.

the staff was friendly. that was acceptable, i guess.
My room supposedly was a 'collection room balcony', but the balcony overlooked a brick wall. i phoned reception twice for extra towels because the single towel provided wouldn't dry a cat, never mind a person. the breakfast buffet coffee machine must be designed by satan himself. It broke down constantly.

The hotel provided a very smooth check-in. the staff helped me with directions and recommendations. i really liked the complimentary drinks in the room. They were so refreshing after a long day! also, the room's modern design was VERY COOL. It felt luxurious and functional.
